Had a great time with friends! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to keep us happy. We explored the stunning Atacama Desert and visited the famous Chuquicamata mine. For future visitors, make sure to check the buffet in advance and ask about dinner options.
We faced some confusion regarding the New Year's Eve buffet, which wasn't clearly communicated, leading to an unexpected charge during checkout.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of filling options, and the attentive staff ensured good communication by speaking English or using translation apps. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, which added convenience, and the bed was very comfortable for a restful night. The hotel features four meeting rooms, making it an excellent choice for business travelers.
The location required a car for convenience.

Clean room with a spacious layout. The bed felt very comfortable, essential after a long day. Enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which added convenience. The location is decent, about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The front desk staff communicated well in English, making check-in smooth. However, parking can be noisy due to trucks backing up, which disrupts the peace, especially during the night. I found dinner prices steep at about $25 US for average food, making me reconsider dining options. Also encountered noise from fellow guests, which impacted sleep. Overall, a solid option for a night if you're in the area, though some improvements could be made in soundproofing and dining quality.

The bed is very comfortable.
My stay was marred by several issues. The room had poor soundproofing, and I could hear loud beeping from trucks outside, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I found the lack of an elevator challenging, as I had to haul my luggage up stairs, and the dining options in the area were limited.

I was blown away by how kind the reception staff were, they even helped me out with some trouble related to my room, very attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, they had a ton of options, I almost forgot I was not at home, felt super comfortable.
It wasn’t cheap , but still acceptable for the quality you get.
